The Story.

“Plattan” is Swedish for “the slab.” It’s also a nickname for Sergels torg, a sunken pedestrian square located at the heart of Stockholm. The architecture may have been controversial at first, but today it’s just iconic. It’s a popular meet up spot for teens, dealers, and demonstrators. And, up until 2002, it was home to a famous one-woman-orchestra.
