Below are the acceptable payment methods and their conditions of use. Your order will be sent when the funds have been received in the Headfi bank account.

PAYMENT METHODS

All Headfi customers can pay online by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Online Banking or pay by cash in our Grey Lynn Auckland shop.

1. Debit Card or Credit Card

Debit and Credit Card payment is accepted on this website. Once you have completed your order, the secure payment transaction will be authorized by our New Zealand payment system DPS www.paymentexpress.com. If you are having any technical difficulties please phone or email our customer service team.

We use the DPS Payment System because:

• Eliminates risk involved with storing customer credit card data as all payment sensitive information is collected on DPS’ servers, not Headfi’s servers.
• DPS host and manage the payment page in its PCI compliant data centre.
• Processes payment in real-time.
• Fully encrypted (128-bit security).

2. Bank Deposit and Online Banking

When you place your order, we will provide you with the details with which to fill in the “Code”, “Reference” fields when you make your payment.

3. Cash or EFTPOS

All Auckland customers are able to pay online and pick up from our Grey Lynn Shop, or place an order online and make the payment by cash in-store. Please bring a copy of your order number.
